ADAM'S SMALL BATCH RUBS AND SALTS

Thanks for visiting the ADAM'S GOODS blog,

All new rubs are first produced in small batches to ensure quality. Now, we doubt they'll ever become collectables that will one day put someone through college but thats not the idea. Spices don't last that long anyway. We would like you to tell us what you like, don't like or hopefully love about our recipes. The hopefully constructive criticism will be used to fine tune our products before they are produced in much larger quantities. So try one of our small batch rubs and have a hand in it's creation.

The newest products we have that will be available on the shelves of Prather Ranch Meat Co. are
ADAMS STEAK RUB, and ADAMS BBQ RUB.

ADAM'S ALAEA HAWAIIAN SEA SALT

Traditionally Hawaiians use Alaea salt in ceremonies to cleanse, purify, bless tools and canoes, and in healing rituals for medicinal purposes.

ADAM'S COFFEE RUB

Recipe

tablespoons ground coffee beans
tablespoons ground black pepper
tablespoons kosher salt
teaspoon cayenne pepper
tablespoon ground cumin

Here's a meat rub with a twist. Don't worry, your Pork Roast or Steak won't taste like it was cooked in a cup of coffee.
